    The shower was only ok, lukewarm at best. The turns of housekeeping were all over the place, knocking at 8:30am when i'm IN the room-how rude! I almost thought they'd offer a complimentary upgrade for the hassle, but of course not.

    Couple seeking luxury getaway

    Honestly, the views were so amazing, you could almost forget the world outside. The staff was attentive. One evening, they surprised us with a special dessert because it was our anniversary, such a personal touch.

    It wasn't exactly cheap but considering the experience, it was still reasonable.

    The service is top notch, they really go out of their way to. At one point, the chef even came out to discuss my dietary needs, now that's personal touch!

    Look, it wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for what you get, it was still reasonable.

    Fine place with a few hiccups!

    Breakfast was delicious but pricey. One downside was finding some moldy fruit in the bar. Yikes! The lounge area is cozy and perfect for chilling out after a long day.

    We loved exploring Mallorca's charming villages by hiring a car for the day. The kids enjoyed the beautiful garden and the heated pools. The fine sea view from our room was a cherry on top.

    In my wife's opinion, a kids' club would have been a great touch.

    The location and design of this place are stunning. From beautiful mountain views to thoughtfully designed spaces, it was impressive. The highlight for me was the very nice breakfast selection, particularly the fresh and delicious fruits that made every morning special. The gym left a lot to be desired as it was cramped, which didn’t make for a comfortable workout environment.
